Welcome! The genealogy information on this page is made available for the benefit of family and friends. It is an accumulation of data that I have collected and researched over many years. Using the web as an easily accessible platform, I have long wanted to make this information available to as many family members as possible, regardless of geography.
For privacy reasons, all information about 'living' individuals is restricted and all photograph galleries are password protected. For passwords, please send a message to me using the Contact Page or via Facebook. Family members will be provided with immediate access.
Should you have any information, documents, or photographs that you would like to add to this collection (including any commentary or anecdotes on the existing info/photos) please let me know.
The information presented here is continually being updated and added-to (especially the genealogy), so be sure to occasionally check back, or contact me so I can send you notices of updates.
Family Trees
I maintain a large database of genealogical information that I have collected from a variety of sources. These sources include: family trees and other information inherited from my parents and grandparents; my own research; research conducted and shared by aunts, uncles, and cousins (notably uncle Larry and cousin Greg); and datasets (some very large) collected from other genealogists. The result is a family tree of over 53,000 individuals representing over 20,000 families - all of which are related in some way.
Unfortunately, much of this data was collected by other researchers and I have not yet been able to verify the accuracy of it all - it would simply take too much time. Instead, my focus has been to research and verify my own direct family lineages. For example, the paternal line of the Sharp family (beginning with Ora Mae Sharp) is nearly fully documented, tracing as far back as is currently possible. Therefore, any information in the family tree that is not supported by valid research citations (e.g., census records and birth, death, marriage certificates) should be considered somewhat suspect until adequately validated.
Two versions of my genealogical database are shared below, each essentially with the same data. The first is publicly accessible via webhosting provided by RootsMagic.com. There is no cost to access this information, and no password is required (RootsMagic is the genealogy software I use; I highly recommend it). The second is the same information, but hosted by Ancestry.com with links to their resources. A free Ancestry.com account is required to view this information. Family members with accounts can contact me in Ancestry.com and I will share the full family tree information within that system.

Family Photo Galleries
The following list of names are weblinks to photo galleries for each individual and/or family group. Each weblink is password protected. For access, please send a request to me using the Contact Page or via Facebook. Family members will be provided with immediate access.
The photographs contained in these galleries are old family photos from my own albums, are scans shared by aunts, uncles, and cousins, or are family photographs that had belonged to my grandmother and were shared amongst her children after her passing. Most have been scanned at a high resolution from either prints or negatives (sometimes both), and at a much higher resolution than may be presented on this website. Copies of images as high-resolution TIFFs or another format are available upon request. I have scans of the back of many of these photographs, too, if it contained a label or other writing.
I have attempted to provide captions containing information about each photo, including the date, location, and names of pictured individuals, if known. This same information is embedded in the metadata of each image file.
